It is a honey with flowery, acidulous and slightly menthol flavors, with a good length in the mouth. The bees gathered white clover, linden, maple, oak, blueberry, bramble flowers... Its floral diversity gives it a beautiful complexity and an incomparable range of fragrances that are both acidulous and fresh. A wealth that reflects the biodiversity that the mountains of Isère offer us.
